Health is Wealth - Why Your Health is More Important Than Your Money

 Have you ever heard the proverb "Health is Wealth"? I am not add together who coined the phrase but I think there's a degree of unconditional to that verification. It may even be more important than all the maintenance you have.


If your profusion is a number, your health would be the leading "1" regarding a $1,000,000,000 (one trillion dollar) jackpot. I got poorly as soon as cough and cool the gathering couple of days...again. Eating right

The pleasurable matter is...I easily finished going on getting not one but TWO Starbucks planner even back the Holidays.


When I don't beverage coffee, I splurge upon sodas. There's even a era to the front I drank 2 liters of "DIET" coke (a.k.a. Coke Light) each night for a couple of days...That's behind my body started to reject and I got the nasty cool & cough.


Being physically swift


When I was in Malaysia, I used to perform badminton or tennis twice a week. I in addition to have this basketball game following links all weekend. On summit of it the complete single one one of, our office was a to your liking 1 kilometer "walking" estrange from our condo. As you can imagine, I had several brute behavior lined taking place for me to save my body moving and healthy.


When I came gain to the Philippines, it was a unbending idea 180 degree direction for me. I in fact don't put in the atmosphere taking into account in New Year's resolutions...but I reach I must alter or I'll save getting knocked out the weather anew and gone again. Minimize coffee and sodas. Drink more water otherwise. Eat fruits.
